Hatha Yoga:

Postures, combined with regulated breath, performed in a systematic, mindful manner, emphasizing precision and alignment. Drawing from many traditions, this class is eclectic in style.

General level, suitable for Beginners and Intermediate students.

Monday 10 AM Gentle Hatha, 7:15 PM Hatha

Tuesday 8:30 AM, 6 PM

Wednesday 10 AM, 5:30 PM, 7:30 PM

Thursday 8:30 AM, 6 PM, 7:15 PM

Friday 8:30 AM, 10 AM 

Saturday 8:30 AM

Sunday 9:30 AM
